Wnt1, initially described as a modulator of embryonic development, has recently been discovered to exert cytoprotective effects in cellular models of several diseases, including Parkinsons disease (PD).We therefore examined the neuroprotective effects of exogenous Wnt1 on dopaminegic SH-SY5Y cells treated with 6-OHDA.Here we show that 10-500 μmol/L 6-OHDA treatment causes decreased cell viability with increased lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage.

人白细胞抗原(HLA)参与了PD的发生、发展.HLA-DR、PSMB区基因相邻,当染色质处于开放构象状态时,这些基因在细胞的抗原呈递过程中或共同发挥作用.2010年欧洲GWAS证实:HLA-DRA第1内含子rs3129882与PD相关,但未获我国证实,PSMB基因编码区SNPs可影响AD患者脑细胞的免疫蛋白酶体活性,推测HLA-DRB可能参与机体的抗原呈递,而PSMB变异则影响蛋白酶体的降解功能.
