Ice disaster occurred frequently in Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach,which seriously jeopardize over current safety of the Yellow River and people's lives and property security.Affected by complex ice condition,there is less research achievement on flow routing study during ice prevent period.In this paper,ice prevention condition of upper the Yellow River is introduced first to clarify the relationship between flow routing and ice prevention security.
