Organic semiconductors possess a unique combination of electric and environmental sensitive properties,electronics based on which are broadly investigated as sensors to transduce an environment changing event into an electric signal,and organic field-effect transistor(OFET)based sensors are thus attracting intensive research and commercial interest.In addition to the inherent sensitivity of organic semiconductors,take advantage of the interfacial interaction between the dielectric and semiconductors are another approaches to provide increased sensing capability to OFETs.
