海口某拟建超高层剪力墙住宅高度137m,超过规范要求的B级适用高度,且工程位于8度半烈度区、场地土类别为Ⅲ类,结构抗震十分不利。基于SAUSAGE程序采用显式积分的方法,考虑结构几何和材料非线性,进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析,着重分析了剪力墙和连梁的损伤破坏程度,以检验结构在罕遇地震作用下的抗震性能。分析结果表明,结构主要墙体均未出现明显损坏,连梁塑性发展充分,结构抗震性能较好。
