磷脂双层膜是自然界中最重要和最被人熟知的自组装结构.为了更好地理解和应用磷脂膜的结构与功能,必须建立合适的生物膜模型,这不仅有利于更好的理解生物膜及其膜蛋白的结构与功能,并能更好的研究细胞表面化学及与膜相关的生物学现象,其潜在的应用包括药物载体设计、生物传感、功能材料仿生设计及制造.
