With the process of urbanization, the development of the rural economy, culture and politics have been promoted.In addition, the process of urbanization has also had certain effects on the rural sports.This paper pays special attention to and makes analysis on the development situation of the rural sports during the process of urbanization in our country.In the paper, it has pointed out the existing obstacle factors in the rural sports and put forward the strategies to fasten the rural sports development.It is aimed to provide theoretical references to the comprehensive development of the current rural sports and the perfection of the national fitness system.
