目的 探索自主合成的甾体小分子化合物b4d 在体外对食管癌细胞EC109 的增殖及迁移的抑制作用及其潜在的分子机制.方法 利用MTT 法测定不同浓度b4d 处理后食管癌细胞的存活率并计算IC50 值；结晶紫染色法检测低剂量b4d(2.5、5.0、7.5μ M)处理24h 后EC109 细胞的克隆形成能力；流式细胞术检测b4d(10.0、20.0、40.0μ M)处理24h 后EC109 细胞的凋亡
