Sizing technique is one of the most important preparation procedures in textile preparing processes, and transverse vibrations of moving yarns in a sizing machine play a more important role in the control of sizing quality.The suppressing of transverse vibrations of yarns can improve the dynamic tension of yarns and reduce their hairiness.The theoretical dynamic analysis of axially moving yarns and the design of control strategy would be helpful to the improvement of the structure and property of sizing machine.The objective of this study is to develop intelligent control schemes for the transverse vibration reduction of the yarns.
