一抗癫痫药物副作用及分类抗癫痫药物的副作用是与其抗痫效应共存而有害的药理反应,急性副作用多与药物剂量无关的特异性体质所致,慢性副作用则是与药物剂量有关的积蓄作用.按对人体影响的严重程度可分为三类1一般副作用2严重影响生活质量的副作用3 致死性的副作用.
