  Acceptor-doped ZrO2 and CeO2 are commonly used as the electrolyte materials of solid oxide full cells.Experiments show that the overall effective ionic conductivity of the doped ZrO2 or CeO2 is dependent on the grain size of the polycrystalline ceramics.
