腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中处理背深静脉复合体和膀胱尿道吻合中缝合和打结是最困难的部分.本文将介绍一种独特的无结技术来完成背深静脉复合体缝合和膀胱尿道吻合.自2013年12月至2014年5月,我中心有5例无结式和5例单结式腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是由一个泌尿外科医生完成的.无结式中,用0号1/2弧倒刺缝线在同一位置缝合三圈来控制背静脉复合体,用23厘米3-0 5/8倒刺单针缝线单向连续缝合来进行膀胱尿道吻合

腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术中处理背深静脉复合体和膀胱尿道吻合中缝合和打结是最困难的部分.本文将介绍一种独特的无结技术来完成背深静脉复合体缝合和膀胱尿道吻合.自2013年12月至2014年5月,我中心有5例无结式和5例单结式腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是由一个泌尿外科医生完成的.无结式中,用0号1/2弧倒刺缝线在同一位置缝合三圈来控制背静脉复合体,用23厘米3-0 5/8倒刺单针缝线单向连续缝合来进行膀胱尿道吻合.无结组平均手术时间187.8分钟,26.0分钟,在第1组12.8天导管的平均持续时间平均VUA时间均短于250.9分钟,43.9分钟及t9.0天,分别为第2组.在术中出血,DVC结扎时间,术后住院时间,并发症发生率,吻合口瘘及切缘阳性率方面无统计学意义.无一例需要输血或中转开放.无一例吻合口漏.没有患者患有严重的并发症,需要再次手术或大量出血.该无结式腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术是一种安全可行的术式.
