企业损害消费者利益的经济学分析

相对于消费者,企业具有实力优势、信息优势、组织优势,消费者在与企业的利益冲突中处于弱势,必然导致企业严重损害消费者利益,造成社会福利损失.契约不完全、信息不对称、垄断都会带来消费者利益损害,结合实例分析了企业损害消费者利益的行为.
