大型转炉少渣冶炼返回渣熔化特性及其应用效果的研究

为了充分利用300t转炉脱碳炉炉渣对其进行轻打水和焖渣处理,之后作为脱磷炉的炉料。本文主要研究了轻打水和焖渣处理后炉渣的熔化特性以及在脱磷炉作为炉料的应用效果。结果表明,从化学成分和岩相分析上看,焖渣的水分高于干渣,两者的全铁含量都较高,熔点相近;干渣中硅酸二钙含量高于焖渣的,而硅酸三钙含量低于焖渣的,两者都含有一定量的铁酸钙,有利于脱磷和化渣。从应用的效果看,通过每炉次加入3~6t的干渣或焖渣,每炉可节省石灰0.7~1t,终点成分控制达到了要求。加入干渣和焖渣的脱磷炉终点炉渣的岩相组成主要是硅酸二钙、RO相和玻璃相,与不加返回渣得到的脱磷炉终渣成分的相差不大,使用干渣的终渣中含有少量的铁酸钙有利于脱磷。由此表明,采用干渣和焖渣都能达到一定的脱磷效果。
