Objective: To analyze the anxiety and disease uncertainty of parents of children with CHD and their correlation.Methods: Anxiety and disease uncertainty of 304 patients were investigated by SAS and PPUS,and then we analyzed their correlation.Results: The score of SAS(40.80±8.50)was higher than national norm score(37.23±12.59),and 37 parents(12.17%)were anxious(SAS≥50).The score of disease uncertainty was 82.5±18.2,and the correlation between anxiety and disease uncertainty was positive(r=0.688,P<0.05).Conclusions: The level of anxiety and disease uncertainty of parents of children with CHD were high.With the increased of disease uncertainty,the level of anxiety was also increased.The nursing staff should provide information support to parents and improve their disease uncertainty and anxiety.
