酰胺是一类含N,O杂原子的非茂基配体,由于这类配体的空间位阻和电荷效应可以方便地通过取代基的改变得以修饰,因而在金属有机化学领域也吸引着研究者的兴趣,在主族金属、过渡金属和稀土金属配合物的合成和性能研究中都有不错的应用.非桥联的酰胺基稀土配合物已有了较多报道[1],但以桥联酰胺基作为配体的稀土配合物的合成及研究极少[2].
