A high conversion efficiency chirped pulse amplifierbased on a 150 mm in diameter Ti:Sapphire was demonstrated.The output energy of 192.3 J was obtained.The compressed pulse width of 27.0 fs with part of the energy support a peak power of 5.13 PW.
