畜試土雞高畜12號品系之產蛋性能遺傳率與遺傳相關

畜试土鸡高畜12号品系是以畜产试验所「近亲品系台畜一号L12品系」为选种材料,选育第5号染色体上热休克蛋白70基因(heat shock protein,HSP70)AA型及性染色体上泌乳素接受体(prolactin receptor,PRLR)基因RR型之纯合型个体.试验收集鸡只3个世代之产蛋资料进行统计分析,显示该品系之初产日龄为151±15天,初产体重为1,742±242g,至40周龄之产蛋数为77±16枚;初产蛋重、初产日龄、初产体重与至40周龄产蛋数之遗传率分别为0.312、0.253、0.408与0.282.遗传相关分析显示,与至40周龄产蛋数呈显着表型正相关之性状为初产日龄,然此性状与至40周龄产蛋数之遗传相关为负相关,由此可知鸡只至40周龄产蛋数的表现并非直接由初产日龄所影响.由表型相关、遗传率与遗传相关资料显示欲获得至40周龄产蛋数较高之鸡只,可直接选拔至40周龄产蛋数较高之鸡只为宜.
