Fertilization and tillage have altered global nutrient cycles and caused soil nutrient enrichment.The effects of fertilizers and tillage on soil organic carbon (SOC) storage have been tested in many field experiments worldwide.However,the long-term effects of nitrogen (N) fertilization on the profile distribution of SOC,N and phosphorus (P) concentrations and stocks are rarely evaluated;as a result,conflicting findings for these elements have been reported in the literature.To determine the carbon (C),N and P concentrations and stocks in the soil profile after long-term N fertilization at different levels,we measured SOC,soil total N (TN),soil total P (TP) and soil bulk density in a long-term N fertilization experiment using two winter wheat cultivars and five N application rates (0 kg ha-1,90 kg ha-1,180 kg ha-1,270 kg ha-1 and 360 kg ha-1) beginning in 2004.

研究降雨能量对东北黑土区溅蚀的影响.基于室内模拟降雨试验自行设计的试验土槽,设计2种降雨强度(50、100mm/h),1个坡度(10°),1个前期土壤含水量(2%)和10个降雨能量,其中10个降雨能量是通过2种降雨强度和5个雨滴降落高度来实现,分析不同降雨能量对各溅蚀分量及溅蚀过程的影响.
研究玉米秸秆覆盖条件下坡耕地侵蚀过程中不同粒径土壤团聚体的流失特征,以期为东北黑土区水土保持措施的配置提供科学依据.基于模拟降雨的方法,设计2个坡度:5°和7.5°,2个降雨强度:50和100mm/h,2个地表处理:覆盖和无覆盖秸秆处理,研究玉米秸秆覆盖对黑土区坡面土壤团聚体流失的影响.
本文利用模拟降雨和汇水组合试验,研究了降雨强度、坡度、坡长及上方汇水对黑土坡面侵蚀过程的影响.结果表明,无上方汇水时,当降雨强度从50mm/h增加到100mm/h时,坡面径流量和侵蚀量增加2.4-13.5倍和5.2-7.1倍,当坡长由5m增加为10m,坡面径流量和侵蚀量增加0.1-3.1倍和0.5-1.0倍;坡面侵蚀量随坡度增加稍有增加.
