BACKGROUND: Growth differentiation factor-15 (GDF-15) is not expressed in the normal cadiomyocytes, but under the stress such as ischemia or pressure overload, the expression of GDF-15 may be increased.This study aimed to investigate the changes and the short-term prognosis value of GDF-15 in the elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).

目的 探讨无创双水平正压通气(BiPAP)治疗慢性心肺功能衰竭合并高乳酸血症患者的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析60例慢性心肺功能衰竭合并高乳酸血症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案分为常规氧疗组30例(常规组)和BiPAP无创组30例(BiPAP组).入科首日及第3天基本生命体征及临床试验指标,包括血乳酸、PH、PO2、PCO2、NT-proBNP、白细胞总数、肌酐及白蛋白；研究观察截点为5天内的插管率.

休克指危及生命的急性循环衰竭,伴有细胞对氧利用的障碍.循环系统功能衰竭使得循环系统不能将足够的氧气运输到组织器官,导致细胞缺氧,血乳酸增高.休克表现为4种基本类型(可由多个过程共同参与):低动力休克:低血容量性、心源性、梗阻性休克;高动力休克:分布性休克.通过临床表现，生化标志物，血流动力学来诊断休克。而血流动力学监测还可以确定休克治疗的目标血压，对改善灌注的指导作用，评价治疗反应具有实际意义。
