本文观察了人脾TF及其各组分对小鼠脾淋巴细胞cAMP-PDE和cGMP-PDE活性的影响。结果表明人脾TF对cAMP-PDE和cGMP-PDE均有明显抑制作用。TF_(Ⅱ)和TF_(Ⅲ)是抑制cAMP-PDE和cAMP-PDE活性的主要组分;TF_(Ⅰ)对cAMP-PED活性抑制作用较弱,对cGMP-PDE活性无明显影响。认为人脾TF及其组分TF_(Ⅱ)、TF_(Ⅲ)增高小鼠脾淋巴细胞内cGMP水平可能和抑制cGMP-PDE活性有密切关系。
In this paper, we observed the effects of human spleen TF and its components on cAMP-PDE and cGMP-PDE activity of spleen lymphocytes in mice. The results showed that human spleen TF significantly inhibited cAMP-PDE and cGMP-PDE. TF_(II) and TF_(III) were the main components that inhibited cAMP-PDE and cAMP-PDE activity; TF_(I) had weaker inhibitory effect on cAMP-PED activity and had no significant effect on cGMP-PDE activity. It is considered that the human spleen TF and its components TF_(II) and TF_(III) increase the spleen lymphocyte cGMP level in mice and may be closely related to the inhibition of cGMP-PDE activity.
