Background: Fractures of the condyle are one of the most commonly occuring mandibular fractures, but only a few of these injuries require late reconstruction.The complications that most frequently necessitate condylar reconstruction include proximal segment degeneration, malunion, and ankylosis.Objectives: To evaluate the post operative neglected malunion mandibular condylar fracture results in terms of occlusal stability, temporomandibular joint function and radiological findings.
