新的社会经济条件已经为反映20世纪30年代到二战后第一个10年间的经济、社会和政治条件的现存养老金制度的变革创造了理性的和政治的力量。本文从人口(职工人数和退休者人数)、真实工资增长率和真实利率等方面分析社会经济变化对固定费率制度、完全基金制度、固定收益给付制度、以收入为基础的制度、以供款为基础的制度和固定(代际)收入率制度等六种养老金制度的影响。
The new socio-economic conditions have created a rational and political force for the transformation of the existing pension system, which reflects the economic, social and political conditions of the 1930s to the first decade after World War II. This article analyzes the socio-economic changes from the population (the number of workers and the number of retirees), the real wage growth rate and the real interest rate and other aspects of the fixed-rate system, the complete fund system, the fixed-income payment system, the income-based system for contributions -based system and a fixed (intergenerational) income rate system.
