宝钢炼铁以“最优化炼铁企业”为目标,在外部条件劣化的背景下,始终围绕高炉的稳定顺行为基本方针,通过加强高炉的原燃料管理,不断优化操作制度,实现了高炉合理的煤气流分布和较高的煤气利用率。通过采用干法除尘装备、纯水密闭循环冷却工艺以及改善TRT、热风炉余热回收等节能设备的节能效果,高炉的燃料比和能耗不断下降,实现高炉的低碳生产。
With the goal of “optimizing ironmaking enterprises”, Baosteel Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has always been focusing on the principle of stabilizing compliance with blast furnace in the background of deterioration of external conditions. By strengthening the management of raw materials for blast furnaces and continuously optimizing operation system, Reasonable gas flow distribution and high gas utilization. Through the adoption of dry dedusting equipment, pure water closed-cycle cooling process and the energy saving effect of improving energy conservation equipment such as TRT and hot stove waste heat recovery, the fuel ratio and energy consumption of the blast furnace continue to decline, achieving low-carbon blast furnace production.
