Background:Colon cancer is the third leading cause of cancer death and there have been a growing trend In recent years,affecting over a million people annually worldwide.However most people are diagnosed at the malignant phase,it is a serious threat to human health.Therefore,the finding of useful biomarkers to diagnosis colon cancer in the early phase is a critical breakthrough to prolong patient survival.
