An amplified and stable electrochemiluminescent signal of lucigenin on electrochemically reduced graphene oxide contained sensing platform was observed.Herein,chitosan was used as the excellent dispersant,which in favor of the better dispersion of graphene oxide in solution and the better electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide.
