用自制扭摆装置测定了直接从钢材上切取的06MnVAl钢及H08钢的试件的内耗。在室温(20℃)下,在频率为0.65—0.66Hz处找到了内耗峰。测量结果表明内耗峰高度及各组数据的标准偏差与时效处理条件和冲击韧性有良好的对应关系。本试验装置和用内耗法研究评定钢材焊接时效都有实用价值。
The internal friction of specimens of 06MnVAl steel and H08 steel cut directly from the steel was measured with a self-made twist-off device. The internal friction peak was found at a frequency of 0.65-0.66 Hz at room temperature (20 ° C). The measurement results show that the internal friction peak height and the standard deviation of each set of data have a good correspondence with the aging treatment conditions and the impact toughness. The test device and the internal friction method to assess the steel welding aging have practical value.
