microRNAs调控大脑皮层层次决定

大脑皮层层次形成受到十分精确的时空表达调控,是通过神经干细胞精细的增殖与分化来实现的.以小鼠大脑皮层层次形成为例,神经干细胞从E10.5天到E16.5天,基本上每天生成不同类型的神经元,由里到外依次生成大脑皮层1/6/5/4/3/2各层不同类型的神经元(inside-outside pattern),最后实现大脑功能的有序性.其中:是什么时间上的调控机制来控制前体细胞实现不同时间上生成不同的神经元?非编码RNA参与到上述的时间调控吗?这是我们实验室多年来感兴趣的科学问题.
