The loss of structure of natural marine clay under the cyclic loading can lead to a significant change of mechanical properties,therefore,soil structure is a key factor needed to be considered in the design of offshore structure.In this study,a series of cyclic triaxial tests with different cyclic stress ratios were conducted with intact and remoulded soil samples.The threshold cyclic stress ratios of the intact and remoulded samples were the same,however,the shapes of effective stress paths were different.The remoulded sample showed larger axial strain and axial strain rate than the intact samples.The original excess pore water pressure of remoulded samples were the same under different cyclic stress ratio,however,the original excess pore water pressure of natural samples increased with the cyclic stress ratio increased.The natural samples have larger excess pore water pressure and smaller excess pore water pressure rate than the remoulded samples with the same strain and cyclic stress ratio.The natural samples and the remoulded samples were different in the development of excess pore pressure oscillation amplitude.
