Low soil phosphorus(P)availability is a major limited factor for crop growth and development.Oilseed rape(Brassica napus L.)is an important oil crops in China as well as in the world, which needs much more P and shows more sensitive to P deficiency than other crops. In this study,a high density genetic linkage map of Brassica napus was constructed with a DH population, which derived from a cross between a P efficiency cultivar(Ningyou7)and a P inefficiency cultivar(Tapidor),using genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)markers assayed by the Brassica 60 K Infinium BeadChip Array.
