通过改进液相法控制合成不同粒度大小的立方体Cu2O 材料,并采用SEM,XRD,LRS,XPS 等表征手段对其形貌尺寸、物相及表面结构进行表征.选取4 中不同尺寸的立方体Cu2O,通过微量热法研究不同尺寸对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)、阳性菌(金黄色葡萄菌)的抗菌效应,根据热谱曲线上的P-t 值,以lnPt 和t 进行线性拟合,得到两种菌以及它们在四种Cu2O作用下的生长速率常数k;tG=(ln2)/k(tG 为传代时间),抑制率(I)为I=k0-k1/k0.
