为合理且有效利用土地资源,降低田间管理成本,从化感角度出发,构建米槁—绿壳砂林药间作系统的可行性评价指标体系,为后期科学经营米槁林下作物套种提供一定的理论支撑。实验通过设置6 个不同浓度的米槁果皮与叶片水浸提液,浸泡绿壳砂种子和幼苗,待处理周期结束时测定绿壳砂种子发芽率、发芽势和幼苗的生长参数、渗透物质、抗氧化酶活和土壤酶活,并应用GC-MS 鉴定米槁果皮与叶片的化学成分。
