顶岗实习是高职院校实现人才培养教育目标的重要环节之一,是职业技术教育的特色,但在高职学生顶岗实习的过程中,同时出现了部分学生由于不适应新环境心理上产生一些问题。本文通过分析高职学生顶岗实习诸多心理健康问题的表现及成因,尝试性引进朋辈辅导模式到学生顶岗实习的基层单位去,提出了一些可行性对策,使学生顺利地完成实习教学环节,并为其今后的职业发展打下良好的基础。
Internship is one of the most important aspects to achieve the goal of training qualified personnel in higher vocational colleges. It is the characteristic of vocational and technical education. However, during the internship of higher vocational students, there are also some students who mentally produce some new students because they do not adapt to the new environment problem. Based on the analysis of the performance and causes of many mental health problems of the internship in vocational college students, this paper attempts to introduce the peer guidance model to the grass-roots units of the internship students, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to enable the students to complete the practical teaching links smoothly. For its future career development and lay a good foundation.
