以电化学催化氧化为主体的高浓度乳化液废水处理研究

冶金工业在轧钢过程中产生大量的含油废水,其中冷轧乳化液废水持久性有机污染物含量高,采用常规含油废水处理方法处理效果差,达标十分困难。本文采用气能絮凝(GEF)+电化学催化氧化(ECO)+膜生物反应器(MBR)和超滤(UF)+ECO+粕R两种以电化学催化氧化为主体的新型组合工艺,对冷轧乳化液废水进行了200L/h~3000L/h工业中试规模的连续处理试验,分析了组合工艺中各模块的运行情况,比较了两种工艺中的各项运行参数及其对CODcr,去除率的影响。试验结果表明,经过两种工艺处理后出水水质皆能满足生产回用水的要求,但“GEF+ECO+MBR”出水水质更稳定一些,具有工业推广价值。
