利用中国原子能科学研究院HI 13串列加速器产生的12C重离子辐照玉米自交系478干种子,在经20Gy剂量辐射的M1代中产生了一株双胚苗。应用随机多态性DNA(RAPD)分析技术,观测到双胚苗的大、小苗之间及其与亲本自交系478在RAPD指纹上存在着差异,从分子水平上初步证实了双胚苗为自交系478的变异类型。
A total of 478 seeds of maize inbred lines were irradiated with 12C heavy ions produced by HI 13 tandem accelerator of China Institute of Atomic Energy, and a double embryo was produced in M1 generation irradiated by 20Gy dose. The RAPD fingerprinting of large and small seedlings of double embryo seedlings and their parents inbred line 478 was observed using RAPD analysis. The results showed that the double embryo seedlings were Variation type of inbred line 478.
