医学生素质教育评价的现状与对策

评价对人才培养模式起导向作用,是引导和调节学校教育、教师教学和学生发展的风向标,科学合理的评价体系是实现医学生素质教育的可靠保障.现行的医学生评价制度已很难适应新时期高素质医学人才培养的需要,学生评价体系改革势在必行.构建以社会需求为基准的科学合理的、引导创新的、注重长效的医学生教育评价体系是有效指导医学院校进行教学改革、培养适应社会市场需求的高等医学人才和引导医学生实现成功就业的关键.
