Background: In both humans and animals, microwave exposures are suspected to affect cognitive functions, and various neuronal injury have been reported.Few data are available concerning the interactions of electromagnetic fields with the process that leads to apoptosis.This study investigated whether microwaveradiation induce the neural PC12 cells apoptosis and explored its mechanism.
