　　The Bcl-2 protein family works as vital regulators in intrinsic cell death pathway.Myeloid cell leukemia 1(Mcl-1),a prosurvival member of the Bcl-2 protein family,is overexpressed in many tumor types,promoting the formation and development of tumor and causing the resistance to several chemotherapeutic agents,especially the resistance to many inhibitors of Bcl-2/Bcl-xL such as ABT-737 and ABT-199.
