Objective Through the selection of apheresis platelets for two therapeutic instruments, the existing equipment can exert greater efficacy. Methods All donors of apheresis from 2006 to 2009 were collected for collection of 1 or 2 therapeutic doses for different models; adverse reactions of donors; platelet count increase after 24 hours of transfusion; Accounting for percentage; different models of vascular conditions of choice.
