　　As we know,one of the key biological defending devices of bacteria is the cell wall "fence".It mainly composed of peptidoglycan (PG) layers structure,in which D-alanine (D-Ala) is not only a basic "brick" but also a pivotal cross-linking component to form the strong yet flexible net-like polymer.
