P74重轨钢含碳量在0.67~0.80%之间,其显微组织应该是珠光体和少量铁素体。当含碳量接近于上限时,相当于共析成份,其显微组织其本上为珠光体。关于珠光体的断裂特征和微观机制,一直为人们所重视,也发表了一些很好的文章,但由于所用研究方法不同,均有一定局限性,尚有许多现象不能很好解释。本文是利用金相和扫描电镜研究P74钢组织和性能的关系中的部分结果,将集中探讨其断裂特征及其与性能的关系。了解这些特征对控制其形成,改进生产工艺,提高产品质量都将是有益的。

However, due to the different research methods, there are some limitations. There are many phenomena that can not be well explained. This article is the result of metallographic and SEM studies on the relationship between the microstructure and properties of P74 steel, focusing on the fracture characteristics and its relationship with properties. Understanding these characteristics can be beneficial in controlling the formation, improving the manufacturing process, and improving the quality of the product.
