Angiolipoma is a rare variant of lipoma.It consists of fatty and vascular elements.Angiolipoma It was first described in 1912 by Bowen.This mesenchymal benign tumor is classiffied into infiltrating and non-infiltrating types.The latter may not infiltrate adjacent structures and has no difficulty in separating it from surrounding tissue.Angiolipoma occurs more commonly in the extremities and trunk regions.It has been rarely reported in the head and neck region.Documented sites included neck,thyroid gland,masticatory muscles,temporalis,chin,lips,tongue,oral cavity,hypopharynx,larynx,paralaryngeal,paranasal sinus.
