EESI-MS实时在线监测Paal-Knorr反应

质谱技术具有灵敏度高、特异好、普适性强等特点越来越成为最受青睐的现代分析测试技术之一.江西省质谱科学与仪器重点实验室研发的电喷雾萃取电离技术(EESI)[1]无需样品预处理即可以直接进行质谱分析,且数据重复性好,能够满足多变量统计分析的需要;此外,其电离区的独特设计也避免了待测物分子与高强电场的直接接触,是比ESI 更软的离子化方法,故利用EESI-MS 能够原位监测捕捉到有机反应过程中的反应物、中间体以及产物的分子离子峰,来实现对反应机理的研究.
