　　Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm)isthemost investigated thermo-sensitive polymer with a hydrophilic-hydrophobic phase transition at approximately 32oC in aqueous solution.Based on the thermo-sensitive property of PNIPAAm,a kind of thermo-sensitive nano-sized non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug solid dispersion was prepared.
