Abstracts:Peanut allergy is one of the most serious food allergies on account of their widespread use as ingredients in many food products.Ara h 2 is one of paramount allergens in peanut,which has been described as functionally the most potent and relevant in the peanut allergic population on the basis of specific IgE and ability to induce histamine release in basophils from allergic subjects.Recombinant food allergens are available in standardized quantity and constant quality.
