本文在简要介绍了南京河段河道特征及水文泥沙条件的基础上,分析了河道的历史变迁和河势现状,回顾了治江60年间七个阶段的工程实践过程,梳理总结了传统及新型护岸工程技术在南京河段的应用情况,提出了关于河势控制、典型分汊河道治理、护岸工程方面的理念和认识,并指出了下阶段南京河段治理的方向.
