在隧道工程建设中,围岩分类是选择施工方法的依据,是进行科学管理及正确评价经济效益、确定结构上的荷载、确定衬砌结构的类型及其尺寸、制定劳动定额、材料消耗等的基础。但是,前期勘测所得的围岩类别,往往和现场开挖结果有很大的差别,需要根据开挖结果准确判定围岩类别,及时变更施工及其支护方案。尤其是易风化且具有膨胀性的粘土岩地区,应特别注重地下水因素。本文以晴隆隧道二衬发生大规模裂缝为例,对粘土岩类围岩类型划分进行了探讨。
In the construction of tunnels, the classification of surrounding rock is the basis for choosing construction method, which is the basis of scientific management and correct evaluation of economic benefits, determining the structural load, determining the type of lining structure and its size, setting labor quotas and material consumption . However, the surrounding rock types obtained from previous surveys often differ greatly from the results of on-site excavation. The classification of surrounding rock needs to be accurately determined according to the excavation results, and the construction and support plans should be changed in time. In particular, weathered and expansive clay rocks should pay special attention to groundwater. In this paper, the Qinglong tunnel lining the occurrence of large-scale cracks as an example, the classification of clay rock type of surrounding rock were discussed.
