To obtain high-resolution three-dimensional image of lascr-produced plasma,reflecting the depth of information to diagnose the uniformity of the laser-produced plasma.the method is proposed of the instantaneous multi-directional spherical crystal imaging system.First multiple high-rcsolution spherical crystal were using in different directions,which could focus and image X-ray from the laser-prodced plasma.Secondely the imaging detector recorde the two-dimensional image of plasma on the different sphcrical crystal channels arranged different imaging location.Lastly three-dimensional images of laser-produced plasma was reconstructed based on the mathematical model arithmetic.Three-channel spectrometer was designed to diagnose the laser-produced plasma.By the simulation experiments,the wavelength of the X-ray 0.2-20nm spectrum was obtained in laser-produced plasma.The cxpcriment show that the method can be applied to diagnose the three-dimensional imaging of laser-produce plasma.
