Dividend distribution policy is an important link of the listed companys financial activities.According to the present situation of the dividend distribution in Chinese listed companies, this paper points out the features of the dividend distribution policies, and analyzes the factors which affects dividend selection polices.With learning from the listed companys dividend policies of America, this paper derives enlightenments of standardizing the behaviors of Chinese listed companies dividend distribution and how to improve it.
