【摘 要】
:
目的 探讨miR-21在COPD患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达与血清IL-12p70浓度的相关性.方法 RT-qPCR方法检测miR-21相对表达;酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-12p70浓度.结果 1.COPD急性期、稳定期miR-21表达高于吸烟组、健康组(p<0.05).2.COPD急性组血清IL-12p70浓度高于COPD稳定期组、吸烟组、健康组(p<0.05).
