  On the new finer space and time data, and new mathematical method, the following analysis is carried out.Firstly, the interaction among the vortex associated with the typhoon, the flow in the different scale and topography is analyzed, which result in the heavy rainfalls.Secondly, microphysical processes for cloud and precipitation are analyzed from the view of mathematics.Finally, the prediction from the numerical weather results on the operation is verified, which is the important reference for the atmospherical model design.
